From Krabi and Hat Yai with love.

It's been a month since my last trip to Thailand. I went there to follow my aunt's office trip. It was a 5 days and 4 nights interesting journey though the internet line in Hat Yai was quite poor. As for Krabi, everything was good and I absolutely love the activities and their islands there!

28/8/2014 - Thursday

We started our journey from Pusat Latihan Agro at about 10 pm. Picked up mak cik's friend and her son at Tol Sungai Buloh/Duta (I forgot the exact place). And continued our journey. Yes, we went to Thailand by bus.

29/8/2014 - Friday

Reached R&R Gurun around 5 am and get washed over there. Then we continued our journey and reached Danok at 11 am. There wasn't so many people when we reached there since it was still morning. We settled with our passport and filled in i-don't-know-what-form-was-it but we had to fill in our passport number and etc etc...

Continued our journey and had a pit-stop at Trang to have our lunch. The food there was good. Almost similar to Malaysia's cooking except that the communication there was quite terrible. Very little people know how to speak in English. Hence, the hand sign worked the best. We reached Krabi at 4.30 pm. By that time, we were already worn out.

At night, Mat Som (our travel guide) suggested for us to have steamboat at i-can't-remember-what's-the-restaurant-name. The photo below shows the entrance of the restaurant. The foods were good. Enough to feed our hungry tummy. We can choose either to steam or grill them. Buffet style, variety choices; seafood and chicken. No beef served. And the fee per head is 250baht.

30/8/2014 - Saturday

We went to 4 famous islands in Krabi. Well, actually there are more than that. The first one was Phra Nang Cave which is also known as Gua Putri if I'm not mistaken.

And then, we had our sunbathing and beach time at Tub Island. By the time we reached there, there were already a lot of tourists. We went for snorkeling at the back of one the Tub Island. Snorkeling was great! The highlight of the 4 island tour. I am looking forward for scuba diving on maybe for the next next next trip. The other two islands were Chicken and Poda Island. We had our lunch break at one of the Tub Island.

Our island tour ended at 2.00 pm. Our next destination was Hat Yai. We had a pit-stop at Le Khaokob Cave to experience the narrow paths under the steep cave. And indeed, it was marked as the second highlight of our trip. Reached Hat Yai at 10.30 pm. We were already very very very worn out. Not a good night to enjoy a walk around Hat Yai's night life.

31/8/2014 - Sunday

Mat Som brought us to a few places to visit in Hat Yai. We had our breakfast at the nearest restaurant to our hotel. Nasi Kerabu and Roti Canai Pisang. And of course, the Roti Canai Pisang was really really GREAT since i am irrevocably in love with banana!

We went to Magic Eye 3D Museum which was almost similar to the one in i-City Malaysia. Before that we went to a famous small shopping centre for cheap items in Hat Yai. I did not buy anything because Mat Som told us that it was better for us to do the shopping list at Hat Yai.

The places that we went for that day were Hat Yai small market, Magic Eye 3D MUseum, Chang Puak Camp, Ice Dome, Samila Beach and Hat Yai Floating Market. At night, we had our tour around Hat Yai night market and Pink Lady!

The trip was great Alhamdulillah. I really did enjoy my time in Thailand and I'm currently missing the taste of coconut ice-cream (me crying a river craving for this ='( )
