99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa.

I am a movie freak. I just love movies. And I don't mind whatever genre they are as long as they can give me messages from the movie.

I could barely remember the first Indonesia movie I've ever watched. But I can always remember the first Indonesia movie that has successfully touched my heart, which is Ayat-ayat Cinta.

And then it goes with Laskar Pelangi (also known as The Rainbow Troops), which it strikes me till the end of the story. Made me cried over their loss. Made me realized, I should never give up in doing anything. It makes me want to be with them, experiencing the hardship of life.

Apparently, the most recent Indonesia movie I have watched is 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa. An adaptation from a novel with the same title. It is based on the true story of Hanum Salsabiela Rais and her husband, Rangga Almahendra, living their life in Continental Europe.

And for Malaysian, this movie can now be purchased on Astro First.

Well, at first I thought it was just like any other ordinary movies. Watched the trailer on tv, it caught my eyes, thought it was just like any other ordinary movies, and unfortunately, IT IS NOT.

There are two parts in this movie. More than three hours is needed to watch it. But believe me. it is worth it! Because you will see all the lights that maybe you have seen, but you just haven't realized about them.

This movie was filmed at many different sets, which are Vienna, Paris, Spain and Turkey. So you will find the backgrounds are very fascinating and eye-catching.
